Responsibilities
Greet and direct internal and external visitors coming to the office, assist with inquiries, provide appropriate access, and relay information effectively and efficiently
Facilitate incoming and outgoing communication, which may include answering phones, managing emails and written correspondence, and organizing mail and packages
Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate with external vendors to order and stock necessary items
Maintain office environment to support operational readiness as it relates to office equipment, conference room support, maintenance orders, and office cleanliness
Provide assistance and coordination for internal and external hosted meetings, including room scheduling, catering, and building tours
Provide support for facility-related requests and inquiries submitted via internal ticketing system
Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
GED or High School Diploma
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs
