Senior LevelConch Technologies is seeking an SAP TM Solution Architect to contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle. The role involves business process consulting, solution development, and client engagement, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting solutions in the life sciences domain.

Responsibilities
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle
You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution
You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution
You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope
You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
At least two end to end implementation projects and at least one where performed as Lead Solution Consultant preferably at client location
Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP TM project implementations with TM-EWM integration
Responsible for reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements
Responsible for liaising with client business teams and advising the client
You will be dealing with customer on day-to-day basis and win customer confidence
Regular tracking/review of team deliverables and reporting to customer
Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain
Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare/review requirement document, functional specifications, solution design, Project estimations
Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements
Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment
Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management and test execution tool
Presenting the solution in architect/design meeting and getting it approved for deployment
Responsible for preparing proposals and effort estimates for upcoming projects
Qualification
Required
