They are seeking a Student Intern to assist the design team while obtaining a degree in their field, engaging in project work, preparing drawings, and conducting research for compliance with standards.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Collaboratively engages in project work with responsibilities as assigned
Prepares scaled drawings and contract documents using primarily Revit
Researches and identifies products (finishes, fixtures, etc.)
Researches codes and other standards as necessary for compliance
Assists in the preparation of studies and reports
Creates diagrams/layouts during schematic design and demonstrates ability to arrange a unified design
Joins team members for onsite observation of work during CA to monitor compliance with plans
Assists in proper organization of project files
Provides general drafting and visualization support
Identifies and communicates out progress, accomplishments, challenges, and support needed to complete responsibilities
Qualification
Required
In the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's degree in their field
Basic knowledge of and experience with Revit
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
