This role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, working with complex K-1s, and mentoring junior staff while maintaining hands-on responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review partnership, individual, and trust tax returns
Work with complex K-1s , including private equity exposure
Gather tax information and support filings and e-payments (CA)
Communicate directly with clients and follow up as needed
For Supervisor-level candidates: support workflow and mentor junior staff while remaining hands-on
Qualification
Required
3+ years of tax-focused experience in public accounting or a public/private mix (regional or local)
Strong generalist tax background
Experience with partnerships and K-1s required
Comfortable in a hands-on role that includes some tax admin work
Open to candidates from local or regional public firms (or public/private mix)
Preferred
CPA or MST preferred, not required
