Responsibilities
Guide teams in Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives
Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile principles
Assess Agile maturity and recommend tailored strategies
Foster a culture of transparency, feedback, and iterative delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and drive change
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Proven track record of successfully growing and maturing teams or experience leading Agile transformations
Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile
Ability to coach and train team members on Scrum framework and related artifacts
Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Preferred
Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, CTC)
Strong Scrum/Project Management experience with Jira
