Responsibilities
Schedule new patient, follow‑up, and post‑operative appointments
Coordinate diagnostic imaging and pre‑admission testing
Obtain outside medical records and imaging for new referrals
Schedule surgeries and ensure all related requirements are met
Manage calendars & coordinate meetings
Address routine administrative and technical issues as they arise
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistently provide exceptional customer service
Coordinate with Revenue Cycle and insurance companies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
0–3+ years of relevant experience
Strong organizational skills
Respectful and professional communication
Demonstrates a collaborative nature
Responsible and dependable work ethic
High attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skill
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Medical scheduling experience
Experience with Cerner, Jabber, Diagnotes, and phone screening
Experience with health insurance verification
Prior administrative experience
Experience working within a matrixed organization or complex work environment
