Responsibilities
Support the President in managing and evolving recruiting and HR operations
Build and maintain infrastructure to improve efficiency, organization, and decision-making in recruiting
Review, organize, and synthesize large volumes of resumes from external recruiting agencies
Coordinate interview scheduling for internal teams and external candidates
Draft and manage offer letters and candidate communications
Act as the primary liaison for external recruiters, tracking candidate pipelines and performance
Assist with onboarding, background checks, and first-day logistics
Schedule performance reviews and maintain reporting in ATS (Greenhouse)
Support general HR initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of professional experience, ideally from financial services
Bachelor's Degree required
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize candidate data
Comfortable working in a high-urgency, high-accountability environment
