Responsibilities
Champion collaboration and cultivate a close partnership with business and the development team to help craft and implement solutions
Work in a Squad focused on enabling the Wealth Management business in Fidelity through Flexible Scalable platforms
Produce artifacts business flow diagrams
Build OpenAPI contracts
Facilitate flow of requirements from the business to the technology team
Assist in identification, isolation, resolution, and communication of problems within the production and non-production environment
Be the point of contact and Subject matter Expert in the products supported by the squad in addition to having broader understanding of the product area
Reduce requirements and design risk and resulting costs associated with rework and redesign
Ensure the technology team is building the right software solutions and components to improve customer experience
Able to digest and break down stories working closely with the teams tech lead
Qualification
Required
8 years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
Proven experience researching optimizing developing and authoring solution requirements user stories and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
Proven experience with Structured Query Language SQL and programming in general
Strong understanding and experience with complex relational database schemas and SQL management tools
Proven experience working with REST SOAP JSON and APIs
Proven experience with Agile development methodologies
Deep knowledge of scrum tools Jira experience desirable
Good knowledge of Behaviour Driven Development GherkinCucumber
Test Data Generation using tools like Hexawise
Release coordination
Be able to articulate complex system interactions through diagrams and crisp documentation to a wide spectrum of audiences
Ability to understand the technical aspects of the software including understanding of code to be able to understand the business logic understand technical architecture
Produce artifacts business flow diagrams
Have good understanding of solution architecture and partner with Architects Business Analysts and tech leads
Build OpenAPI contracts
Have end to end knowledge of system interactions and be able to articulate well to different audiences both technical and nontechnical
Be the point of contact and Subject matter Expert in the products supported by the squad in addition to having broader understanding of the product area
Prod incidents analysis Splunk queries build dashboardsalerts
Bachelors Degree Computer Science or related technology discipline
Preferred
Any experience with AIML products eg supervised learning models recommendation systems reinforcement learning is a plus
