Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and optimization of enterprise reporting and BI environments
Deeply learn internal operational models and decision-making processes to ensure data solutions provide maximum value
Understand and map the data flow across all internal information systems
Gather requirements from leadership, develop data definitions, and present findings through intuitive visualizations
Build and manage data sources, models, and integrations (including ETL and API-based workflows) to retrieve and transform complex datasets
Create and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports using enterprise-grade tools and productivity suites
Partner with leadership to define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive business growth
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and security of all data used in reporting, adhering to strict data governance and privacy standards
Stay current on industry trends and recommend enhancements to existing analytics capabilities
Develop comprehensive technical documentation and provide tier-two support via internal ticketing and change management systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of overall experience, with 4+ years specifically in BI development (dashboards, warehouses, and ETL)
Advanced expertise in major BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) including data modeling, queries, and dashboarding
Strong SQL scripting skills, including the ability to manage views, stored procedures, and scheduled jobs
3+ years in a dedicated analytics role with a proven ability to solve complex problems
High proficiency in data manipulation and integration within spreadsheet environments
Proven track record of producing thorough system support and user documentation
Preferred
Experience integrating data from large-scale ERP or financial systems
Familiarity with code-level or low-code programming for system integrations
Experience with SSIS, Analysis Services, or similar middleware and integration platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
