Responsibilities
Oversee strategic planning and creative development/execution
Establish and manage program budgets and timelines to ensure overall profitability and financial target achievement
Develop new opportunities to grow the client’s business through proactive relationship management, word of mouth referrals and going above and beyond surface expectations
Collaborate consistently and productively with the creative team to deliver high quality, on time branding and marketing solutions
Awareness of marketing trends and innovations
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
5-7 years of advertising agency experience and has a grasp of the fundamentals of marketing and advertising
A minimum of 3 years of management and leadership experience
Experience with digital and traditional marketing channels (digital media, social, blogs, print, direct mail, television, radio, point of sale)
A demonstrated interest in performance marketing and driving outcomes for your clients' business
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation/pitch skills
Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
Flexibility (e.g. the ability to handle an account where deadlines are tight and client preferences may change suddenly and with short notice)
The ability to both work independently and function as a high performing team member
At the top of your game, constantly curious, always learning and motivated to deliver the best creative product
Commitment to bringing consistent thought leadership in support of the client's marketing and communication needs
Relationship management, project management or process management experience is a must
