Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
Support the coordination of subcontractors and vendors on-site
Assist in resolving field issues and coordinating with the design team for solutions
Help maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress logs, submittals and RFIs
Attend and contribute to project meetings, taking notes as needed
Help coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site inventory
Participate in site inspections and quality control checks
Collaborate with the design team to review and understand project drawings and specifications
Assist in the preparation of change orders and contract modifications

Required

In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or Construction Management or closely related field
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Preferred

3.0 GPA
At least a rising Junior
Previous construction management experience
A previous internship related to your field of study
Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
