Responsibilities
Contributes to financial close cycles, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and preparation of information needed for GAAP and Statutory reporting requirements
Researches and prepares financial reports fluxes on a monthly basis
Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and assists other analysts, consultants and managers with complex analysis
Reviews customer contracts for proper set up and accounting treatment
Performs deferred revenue reconciliations and other GL reconciliations
Shares knowledge with others including recommending process improvements and automation
Performs a variety of complicated tasks, and may lead and direct the work of others
Able to manage multiple, often competing priorities
Qualification
Required
BA degree in accounting
Good understanding of accounting principles including ASC 606
Preferred
Minimum 5 years accounting experience preferred
Advanced Excel Skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query a plus)
