Responsibilities

Drive customer satisfaction by delivering flawless service and maintaining an accurate forecast
Collaborate with our extensive network of channel partners to generate revenue and successfully sell the Cohesity solution
Develop and lead a robust sales pipeline, navigating a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process
Showcase your expertise in prospecting by consistently penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing business
Develop and implement sales strategies for your designated area, striving to surpass sales targets by actively seeking, evaluating, guiding, and finalizing sales prospects
Build a compelling case for the Cohesity hyper-converged infrastructure solution, presenting proposals to customers that clearly demonstrate its ability to meet their business objectives
Drive account strategies and collaborate with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis

Qualification

Required

A proven track record of success in a customer-facing sales role, with at least 7 years of experience proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization
Demonstrated ability to sell into Enterprise accounts in the region, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this domain
Experience engaging with customers and technology partners, encouraging positive relationships and driving successful outcomes
Comfort working with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals and navigate complex sales cycles
Exceptional presentation skills, both in technical and business contexts, allowing you to confidently deliver compelling messages to small and large groups
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to effectively connect with colleagues and customers
Self-motivation and the ability to work remotely and autonomously, taking ownership of your work and driving results
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time
