Responsibilities

Support and coordinate strategic integration across 12 countries, ensuring alignment of operations, processes, and culture
Partner with business leaders to design and implement enterprise-wide strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation
Engage and influence key stakeholders across regions and functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and deliverables
Develop robust models and business cases to evaluate initiatives, measure impact, and inform executive decisions
Create high-quality PowerPoint decks and strategic materials for the CEO, executive team, and board, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
Track project milestones, identify risks, and drive accountability to deliver results on time and within scope

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
2+ years of experience in top management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related field
Exceptional conceptual problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
Aptitude to work with quantitative and qualitative data and drive outputs (powerpoint, modeling, analytical and presentation-building proficiency)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to details
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborate in an entrepreneurial environment
Excellent work ethic
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
