Responsibilities
Audit paid search, SEO/GEO, and media channel performance across brands
Identify immediate quick wins (eliminate waste, fix broken campaigns)
Assess vendor ecosystem (countless vendors currently, most underperforming)
Evaluate internal talent and identify capability gaps
Map customer journey friction points impacting conversion
Rationalize and consolidate vendor relationships
Implement weather-triggered emergency campaigns
Fix Service Titan CRM workflows and lead visibility issues
Optimize telephony/call tracking infrastructure
Establish baseline KPIs and reporting dashboards
Prepare demand generation engine for peak season
Develop repeatable demand generation playbooks
Build attribution and ROI measurement infrastructure
Align marketing → sales → operations handoffs
Document SOPs and institutional knowledge
Activate and manage Rosie specialists as needed
Create franchise-safe marketing toolkit
Train/transition to permanent internal team
Extend learnings to franchise system (if applicable)
Support organizational design recommendations
Ensure sustainability of systems and processes
Qualification
Required
12+ years in performance marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Deep expertise in demand generation and full-funnel conversion optimization
Proven experience in home services, field services, or franchise systems
Strong RevOps mindset - you understand the entire lead → revenue journey
Experience rationalizing vendor ecosystems and managing agency relationships
CRM expertise (Service Titan, Salesforce, or similar field service platforms)
Data-driven with ability to quickly establish metrics and reporting
Turnaround or PE-backed portfolio experience strongly preferred
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Preferred
Experience with franchise marketing (balancing corporate vs. franchisee needs)
Local/regional marketing expertise (SEO/GEO, GMB, local search)
MarTech stack optimization experience
Background in organizational transformation or change management
Prior experience as an interim executive or fractional leader
