The role involves managing accounts receivable tasks such as processing cash receipts, contacting customers about past due invoices, and resolving billing issues.

Responsibilities
Complete daily remote bank deposit
Enter cash receipts into computer
Contact customers regarding past due invoices
Read, understand, and interpret A/R ageing report
File completed A/R invoices
Calculate all COD charges for customer service
Assist in resolving all billing issues with customers
Performs credit checks on new customers
Manage credits issued to customers
Be aware of SWD Inc., company policy and procedures, including the quality system as defined by QS-9000
Qualification
Required
Intermediate level position
Accounts Receivable experience required
Advanced reading, writing, and math skills
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Attention to detail
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus
