They are seeking a Warehouse Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support, coordinate warehouse activities, and ensure smooth operations within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high level administrative support to Warehouse Management
Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency
Prepare written and visual materials for Operations use including spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and signage
Execute special projects within the warehouse as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts, drafting and sending professional emails and other correspondence
Collaborate with various departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment

Required

Proficiency in using warehouse management software and standard Microsoft office applications
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional email correspondence
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience, along with relevant work experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative role

Preferred

Experience with Canva or other creative software preferred but not required
