Greene Resources is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves partnering with leaders to support regional talent strategies, providing consultative guidance on various HR processes, and administering organizational changes.

Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to support regional talent strategies aligned with business goals
Provide consultative guidance on performance management, employee development, and engagement
Support succession planning, assessments, and career progression initiatives
Track and report talent management key performance indicators
Administer organizational changes, talent moves, and internal transitions
Act as a subject matter expert for Workday in talent-related processes
Collaborate with Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Recruiting teams
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years in a talent management or human resources role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Strong knowledge of human resources and talent management practices
Proven ability to coach and advise leaders through complex employee situations
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
High level of discretion when handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and own deliverables
Clear verbal and written communication skills
