Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the organization’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy in alignment with Board and investor expectations
Operational Oversight: Lead all aspects of operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across clinics and facilities
Financial Stewardship: Partner with the CFO and Board to ensure financial sustainability, optimize capital structure, and deliver strong performance metrics
Growth & Transformation: Drive strategic initiatives including M&A, service line expansion, and technology adoption to enhance access and quality of care
Board & Investor Relations: Serve as the primary liaison to the Board and private equity partners, providing transparent updates on performance, risks, and opportunities
Culture & Talent Development: Foster a high-performing, mission-driven culture; recruit, mentor, and retain top leadership talent
Community Engagement: Champion the organization’s commitment to rural and underserved populations, ensuring care remains local and accessible
Risk Management: Oversee enterprise risk management, compliance, and contingency planning to ensure organizational resilience
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as CEO or senior executive in healthcare, ideally within a PE-backed or family-owned portfolio company
Deep understanding of rural healthcare delivery, reimbursement structures, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated success in organizational transformation, growth strategies, and operational improvement
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) preferred
