Responsibilities
Drives the development of actionable product roadmaps by integrating inputs from cross-functional stakeholders in our business objectives & product strategy
Manage product positioning in the marketplace, including rationalizing pricing strategy based on market conditions
Develop product strategy and optimize product portfolio, providing planning and project prioritization
Contributes to the pricing strategy through the product life cycle
Drives the development and execution of the product roadmap to improvement
Provide support for operational issues associated with quality, delivery and production
Anticipating and communicating issues, recommending corrective action, and taking independent remedial actions and reporting outcomes
Qualification
Required
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Understanding the automotive/ heavy vehicle OE and/or Aftermarket is a must
Willingness to travel up to 20% per year as required
Preferred
Prior experience or working knowledge of electronic vehicle controls, which may include sensors or cameras
Forward-thinking, highly influential, and can walk people through the rationale behind a decision
