Business Operations Coordinator 1 - Desert Blue

The Business Operations Coordinator 1 will be cross-trained in various departments and will assist in the preparation of timeshare sales contracts, provide customer service, and support the sales staff.

Responsibilities

Preparation of timeshare sales contracts for sales department and property owners
Maintain property owner information per PII and PCI standards
Prepare and balance cash and deposits for contracts department
Provides information for sales department as necessary
Assist Business Operations supervisor in support of sales staff
Preparation and maintenance of legal documents
General office work and other duties as assigned
Great in person Customer Service skills
Greet and check in guests for presentation, know and learn Tour qualifications for both In House and Frontline guests
Data Entry
Running of Sales Rotation
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
Answer phones and guest questions in a professional manner
Distribute premiums to guests upon closure of presentation
Complete daily gift reconciliation in all systems
Data entry of all gifting information into Central Reservations Systems and running of reports
File and secure all documents per procedures
Maintain property owner information per PII and PCI standards
Assist Business Operations Supervisor in support of sales staff

Qualification

Timeshare processing experienceCash handling experienceComputer experienceCustomer service skillsMulti-tasking abilityProblem solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Some cash handling experience required
Scheduling flexibility due to business demands
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; able to work under pressure in a team environment
Computer experience
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Problem solving and good communication skills

Preferred

Timeshare or mortgage loan processing experience preferred
Previous experience in these positions helpful: administrative assistant, escrow, clerical, sales coordinator/coordination, customer service, sales support, contracts administration, property management, funding, accounting/accountant, hotel, hospitality
