Responsibilities
Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B opportunities
Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and field activity
Schedule and lead discovery meetings and presentations with decision-makers
Build rapport, uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and overcome objections
Close new business and hand off accounts to operations and account management
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CRM (Top 100 and Hot 25 lists required)
Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Collaborate closely with account managers and operations to ensure smooth onboarding
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Strong outbound prospecting skills via phone, email, and field activity
Experience in scheduling and leading discovery meetings and presentations with decision-makers
Ability to build rapport and uncover client needs
Skill in presenting tailored solutions and overcoming objections
Proven track record of closing new business
Experience maintaining accurate documentation in CRM
Ability to meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Strong collaboration skills with account managers and operations
Preferred
Experience in a competitive sales environment
Familiarity with CRM software
Ability to work independently and be self-directed
Experience in managing a healthy sales pipeline
