Director, Strategic Accounts
MRI Software is a company that builds flexible, game-changing real estate software. The Sales Director will lead a team responsible for driving retention and expansion with strategic clients in North America, focusing on generating new and recurring revenue through MRI's solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers and reps to achieve individual and collective performance targets
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, results, and professional growth
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with North America revenue goals and corporate growth objectives
Drive pipeline generation and progression, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent attainment of quotas
Expand MRI’s footprint with both new logo acquisition and growth within the existing client base
Partner with Marketing, Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure sales alignment and client satisfaction
Provide feedback on product roadmap and market requirements
Ensure sales processes, systems, and reporting (Salesforce, CRM tools) are followed and optimized
Monitor and manage KPIs including bookings, pipeline coverage, quota attainment, and retention metrics
Qualification
Required

Preferred
2+ years as sales manager with a proven track record of success and achievements
Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth in SaaS industry
Experience working with Strategic or Key Accounts
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex situations and drive outcomes
Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
Proptech Industry experience desired, specifically with MultiFamily
Willingness to travel 25%
MEDDPICC certification and experience is nice to have
