Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in youth development, education, or recreation
Proven ability to lead and implement successful programs for elementary and middle school age children
Bachelor's degree or 15+ semester hours in child development
Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred
Budgeting and DC OSSE licensing experience a plus
