Responsibilities
Maintain visual standards with great attention to detail, according to global directives for each location
Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns as directed by the VP of Visual Merchandising
Execute window changes (overnight) and floor changes
Re-merchandise according to sell thru and product launches
Partner with Boutique teams to maintain the visual standards
Upload store and project photos to internal VM app for corporate approval
Be an integral team member for store openings, special events
Oversee and organize Props inventory
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of Visual Display and Merchandising experience in a luxury of specialty retail environment
Strong planning, organization, creativity and originality skills
Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments
Ability to communicate strategically across all levels of the organization
Strong follow through skills
Ability to develop and train store management teams, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately
Ability to follow the company's policies and procedures
Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image
Ability to travel as needed
