Responsibilities
Manage a team of IT Support Analysts
Own the help desk function
Ensure our employees have a reliable, secure, and efficient technology experience across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
Be the primary escalation point for complex, user-impacting issues
Design and improve processes, documentation, and tooling that enable our IT support function to scale
Qualification
Required
7+ years in IT support or IT operations, with 4+ years in a leadership role
Expert or strong background owning and administrating Microsoft 365 (preferably GCC High)
Expert or strong background owning and administrating IAM (Entra ID / hybrid Active Directory, SSO Technologies)
Expert or strong background owning and administrating Intune and MDM platforms
Expert or strong background owning and administrating Windows and macOS operating systems
Expert or strong background owning and administrating Exchange Online (mailboxes, shared mailboxes, groups, aliases)
Expert or strong background owning and administrating SharePoint Online & OneDrive permissions and sharing controls
Expert or strong background owning and administrating Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment
Expert or strong background owning and administrating IT Ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, Freshservice, etc.)
Expert or strong background owning and administrating Enterprise SaaS (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Atlassian, etc.)
Expert or strong background owning and administrating DNS, DHCP, Basic network configurations
Expert or strong background owning and administrating Engineering applications and infrastructure (Teamcenter, Solidworks, LM Tools)
Proven ability to manage support teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Preferred
Experience operating in high security environment
Security clearances
