Responsibilities
Report directly to the Production Art Manager or Senior Manager
Work in collaboration with fellow Graphic Production Artists and Graphic Designers
Create detailed and accurate graphic schematics
Run point for Production Art within given categories
Attend meetings and identify personal action items
Be available as the go-to graphic production resource for a greater, cross-functioning team
Create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product
Leverage 2D and 3D tools
Track and maintain updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval
Learn new tools and advocate for efficiencies in the product creation life cycle
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
1+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment
Strong knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables
Knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
Strong listening, communication and organizational skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the team
Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed
Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities
Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community
Preferred
Experience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Browzwear) is preferred
Understanding of Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro is a plus
A love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essential
