IT Helpdesk Specialist
Frontline Dental Implants is a leader in advanced restorative dentistry, seeking a tech-savvy, patient-focused IT Help Desk Specialist. This role involves providing seamless technical support to clinical and administrative teams, managing IT requests, and becoming proficient in dental imaging and practice management software.
Medical Practice
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Practice Management Systems (e.g., Denticon, Winoms, Dentrix, EagleSoft, Curve) and 3D Imaging software
Troubleshoot digital sensors, CBCT (3D X-ray) machines, and intraoral cameras
Respond to support tickets involving hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone, email, and in-person at the Lakeland office
Help maintain hardware and software for our 19 offices
Maintain HIPAA compliance and account access across all systems
Set up workstations and accounts for new surgeons, nurses, and administrative staff
Qualification
Required
2+ years in a Help Desk or Technical Support role
Experience in a healthcare or dental environment is a major plus
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced clinical environment
