Manage daily activities to resolve problems and address change management issues
Ensure production systems meet online response time requirements
Maintain system availability and prepare metrics for systems performance evaluation
Collaborate with IT groups and users to ensure service objectives are met
Mentor and manage technical staff
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience in computer operations with exposure to multi-platform environments
Experience in leading teams and projects
First-level management experience in data center operations
Ability to manage multiple processes within the operations area
