This role is responsible for processing invoices, issuing payments, maintaining vendor records, and supporting smooth financial operations while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and schedules
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status
Maintain vendor documentation, including W-9 and 1099 records
Assist with accounts payable reporting and audits as needed
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and tax requirements
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Collaborate with internal departments and finance team members
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Working knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Previous experience in accounts payable, accounting, or a related financial role preferred
