Responsibilities
This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform
Play a key role in shaping the way client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
Ensures user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and/or Teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, marketing, copywriting, or related field
Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture
Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Preferred
Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking
Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro
