Responsibilities
Support Business Services in financial systems processes, procedures, and policies
Design, development and maintenance of the Firm's financial systems and databases including workflows
Support users' access requirements and problem resolution
Install and test new financial systems and applications
Ensure storage, patching, archiving, backup and recovery procedures are functioning correctly
Work closely with IT project managers, engineers, support staff, and developers to optimize Firm's financial systems
Communicate regularly with technical, applications, and operational staff, to ensure financial systems integrity and security
Maintain detailed working knowledge of the firm's financial systems
Serve as subject matter expert for financial system reporting
Develop and maintain Firm specific financial and management applications and reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Support Business Services in financial systems processes, procedures, and policies
Design, development and maintenance of the Firm's financial systems and databases including workflows

Subject matter expertise of Aderant core legacy and framework systems, Aderant cloud applications like iTimekeep, Cloud Conflicts, Bill Blast, 3rd party applications integrated in Aderant like ARCS and PreBill Viewer, and other systems as directed
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Architecture, including databases, tables, indexes, stored procedures, functions and triggers
Strong interpersonal skills to work with both technical and business teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems with financial data
A.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Five (5) years financial systems support experience in a multi-vendor environment
Must provide minimum authorization to work in the United States
