Oversee and train a team of highly motivated staff accountants/tax accountants
Provide tax compliance to a diverse base of clients
Oversee complex tax projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Be a hands-on leader
Light preparation of returns
Review of tax returns
Develop client relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
CPA Certificate required
A minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in public accounting
Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
Must have strong multi-tasking skills
Must have strong leadership skills
Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
