As an industrial engineer intern at Wonderful Citrus, you will focus on identifying areas for improvement in the sorting and packing operations while developing engineering solutions and working with data to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Identify areas where improvements can be made
Use data to justify engineering efforts
Use data to demonstrate the impacts of project implementation
Develop in-house engineering and process-based solutions to problems limiting or affecting efficiencies
Train operators on relevant process/task
Communicate with departments on project direction and implementation
Develop dashboards to help departments with data analysis
Qualification
Required
Must be a current Wonderful Scholar
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or related
Must upload a resume, professional reference, and cover letter with your application
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of beginner proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed and able to work autonomously
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
