Responsibilities
Process daily payments from customers
Apply payments to customer accounts
Maintain a positive relationship with our customers
Answer customer payment questions and resolve problems
Print invoices on an as-needed basis
Prepare and coordinate the monthly statements and closing processes
Investigate and follow up on payment discrepancies and related activities
Special projects, and other relevant matters
Process customer credit applications
Coordinate the collections process
Maintain and provide recap reports to accounting manager on monthly and daily activity
Assist other department staff as needed during peak times and for special projects
Qualification
Required
High School or equivalent
3 years Accounts Receivable experience
Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills
Experience in other aspects of accounting office
Excellent communications skills
