The Pega Lead Developer will be responsible for designing and developing Pega implementations, providing production incident support, and coordinating with offshore team members.

Responsibilities
Work on GIN project or BAU related work
Pega design and development
Production incident triage support with unit and functional testing
Coordinate with offshore team members and partner teams
Conduct training for team members and users
Support application processing (monitoring back-end jobs, attending to alerts)
Development of workarounds and perform testing (technical UAT, performance)
Maintain operational health of the systems by resolving escalated problems and performing system performance improvement activities
Qualification
Required
7 years of relevant delivery experience
Experience in designing PEGA implementations including class structure design, integration design, UI harness, activities, Agents, BPM, Banking Domain, etc
Skills on Pega CLSA, PEGA PRPC and SI frameworks, Upgrade experience
Experience in developing solutions in integrating Pega with external systems using SOAP, MQ, File, etc
Preferred
DevOps / CICD experience
Experience with distributed development teams across multiple geographies, time zones, and cultures
Other technologies: MuleSoft, JIRA
Financial Service background or experience
Database: Oracle, PL/SQL
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
