Senior Business Development Sales Executive
Sequoia Media Group is one of the fastest-growing direct response agencies in the country, and they are seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Sales Executive to join their fully remote team. This role involves expanding the client portfolio and shaping long-term partnerships through strategic sales plans and relationship-building with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for prospective clients
Research, identify, and pursue high-value opportunities where Sequoia can deliver unmatched results
Craft tailored, compelling pitch strategies and presentation decks that clearly articulate our value proposition
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Represent us with confidence, insight, and authority throughout the sales process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is recommended, but not required
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a performance media agency or comparable sales role
Proven success working with a diverse, robust client base
Exceptional relationship-building and customer management skills
A documented track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong organizational and project management capabilities
Advanced sales, negotiation, and closing skills
High level of computer and CRM proficiency
Polished presentation, public speaking, and storytelling abilities
Outstanding written communication skills for proposals and pitches
Ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate Sequoia's unique value and competitive advantage
