Responsibilities

Process PR’S/PO’s/Invoices
Set up and release of LVO PO’s (for $5K or less)
Set up and release of PR’s
Set up new vendor documentation and payment information. (W4 and ACH)
Post invoices to NAAP
Tracking of receipting information, tracking of payment of invoices
Other administrative projects as time allows/excel, word, ppt proficiency preferred

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with processing PR's/PO's/Invoices
Ability to set up and release LVO PO's (for $5K or less)
Ability to set up and release PR's
Ability to set up new vendor documentation and payment information (W4 and ACH)
Ability to post invoices to NAAP
Ability to track receipting information and payment of invoices
Ability to handle other administrative projects as time allows

Preferred
