Our client, Zeal Solutions Inc, is seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails and Python to build, enhance, and support scalable backend systems in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Ruby on Rails and Python
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications
Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
Support and improve enterprise deployment pipelines and environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, DevOps, and QA
Perform code reviews and ensure best practices in development and deployment
Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR)
Strong development experience in Python
Solid understanding of enterprise application deployments
Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services
Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
