Responsibilities
Provides consultation on patient care and management to other physicians whose patients are in hospice care, as well as to members of the hospice interdisciplinary team
Assists in evaluating the provision and scope of medical services
Maintains compliance with regulatory changes, documentation requirements and all procedures related to end of life care
Qualification
Required
BC/BE Palliative & Hospice Care physician
Hospice-Palliative care experience
Ability to work up to 4+ shifts monthly or one shift weekly
Preferred
Fellowship in Hospice & Palliative Care
