Tax Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Manage client documents and tax workflows within CCH
Initiate and track tax return projects (1040, 1065, trust/fiduciary)
Coordinate tax deliverables, e-filing support, and 8879 processing
Prepare engagement letters and support client onboarding
Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client communications
Support billing and invoicing using QuickBooks Desktop and Bill.com
Qualification
Required
Experience working in a CPA or tax-focused firm is important
Hands-on experience with CCH is required, as it is a core system used daily
Prior experience in a tax administrative or client service role
CCH experience (Axcess or ProSystem fx)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
