Program Manager of ACT
Emergence Health Network is an agency committed to innovative behavioral health services in trauma-informed care. The Program Manager of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is responsible for administrative supervision of the program, ensuring appropriate services for consumers, and facilitating relationships between the agency, clients, courts, and caseworkers.

Responsibilities
Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, processing employee concerns and problems, directing work, counseling, disciplining, and completing employee performance appraisals
Coordinates, assigns and reviews work and establishes work schedules; maintains standards; monitors status of work in progress; inspects completed work assignments; answers questions; gives advice and direction as needed
Appears in Court as necessary, reporting to Judge, attorneys and district attorney's updates on current screened clients. Advocates for clients' charges to be dismissed, identifies material witnesses to testify on behalf of clients
Provides administrative and clinical supervision to Program Staff to manage day-to-day progress with provided services
Authorizes and process referrals and inquiries about the Program from the courts, attorney United States Probation Officer (USPO), Adult Behavioral Clinics, and Inpatient Psychiatric hospitals
Ensures data collection for grant reporting
Delegates and distributes caseloads accordingly and monitors direct care to ensure client care is followed up
Collects, compiles and administers all regulatory documents for Program and staff providing services
Administratively documents revenue review, client intake and discharge
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's Degree
Prefers a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Social Work, Counseling or related behavioral field supplemented by two (2) years of progressive clinical, crisis intervention, field case work, or other relative experience in a non-profit medical provider entity
Two (2) years of supervisory experience
Possession of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Must be able to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Practitioner Community Service (QMHP-CS) within the timeframe designated by EHN
Must be able to be credentialed as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), within a timeframe designated by Emergence Health Network
Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
Must be able to pass a TB, criminal background and drug screen
Preferred
Experience with trauma-informed services
Cognitive behavioral therapies, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Motivational therapies including the use of incentives
Knowledge of trauma-informed theories, principals, and practices (includes multi-faceted understanding of concepts such as community trauma, intergenerational and historical trauma, parallel processes, and universal precautions)
