Responsibilities
Own end-to-end enterprise PPM solution architecture
Lead Clarity modernization, integrations, and migrations
Design and develop custom integrations using REST APIs, GEL, and XOG
Build and enhance Clarity Studio objects, workflows, portlets, reports, and dashboards
Manage data migration, validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities
Oversee environment stability, upgrades, performance tuning, and production support
Act as technical lead, mentor teams, and collaborate with business and vendor stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years in PPM / Project Management systems
Strong hands-on experience with Broadcom Clarity PPM
Expertise in Clarity Studio, GEL scripting, XOG migrations, and REST API integrations
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale PPM implementations and migrations
Strong understanding of PPM data models, governance, and security
Experience managing enterprise-grade Clarity environments
Preferred
Large-scale enterprise PPM transformation experience
Exposure to Retail, Supply Chain, BFSI, or global delivery environments
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, or DevOps pipelines
