Quality Control Inspector
Ziehm Imaging - Orthoscan Inc. is seeking a motivated Quality Control Inspector to join their team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role involves verifying product quality through inspections of incoming materials and finished devices, as well as conducting functional testing of electronic components.

Responsibilities
Following established and approved controlled documentation
Reliably, consistently, and accurately recording results of inspections and tests
Verifying the accuracy and completeness of quality records
Adhering to all safety regulations in the performance of job duties
Preparing and completing quality records associated with inspection and testing activities
Supporting production with timely completion of tasks and reports associated quality control activities
Following established and approved controlled documentation
Reliably, consistently, and accurately recording results of inspections and tests
Collaborate with Quality management in developing improvements to inspection processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Graduate of GED
Two (2) years' experience executing test protocols in a production/engineering environment
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
Demonstrated ability to apply basic inspection techniques (i.e., sampling plans)
Ability to properly use basic inspection tools such as calipers, dial indicators and pin gages
Familiarity with electronic assemblies, cabling, multimeters and mechanical components
Demonstrated computer skills with Word, Excel, and Access
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be capable of performing task(s) with little to no supervision while completing task(s) in a timely and accurate manner
Ability to perform physical activities that include the ability to lift and handle 40 lbs or more and to stand for long periods of time while performing job duties
Good communication and math skills
Ability to communicate with and work collaboratively with international team members
Ability to work well independently and as a team member
Maintain excellent professional relationships with team members
Preferred
Two (2) year technical degree or equivalent in electronic technology
