Mobile Device Administrator

Responsibilities
Responsible for Level 1 and 2 support to mobile devices/smartphones
Serve as a support escalation resource for the Help Desk team regarding advanced and/or systemic issues, performing root-cause analysis to help reduce duplicate issues in the future
Develop documents, scripts, and standard procedures pertaining to issue and problem resolution
Coordinate involvement from all groups necessary, including vendors, to solve an incident or product-related problem
Use help desk ticketing system to record and track tickets, and contribute solutions for new/unique problems to the group knowledge base through documentation
Assist in evaluating new technologies and products, providing recommendations to aid in planning and training
Qualification
Required
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least three years of relevant or equivalent work-related experience and training might be substituted for a college degree
Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with iOS and Android devices is required
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Experience with supported operating systems, at least one mobile device management application, the Microsoft Office product suite, Citrix Infrastructure, Exchange ActiveSync, and Microsoft's Active Directory preferred
