Responsibilities
Serve as a security SME (Subject Matter Expert) for product teams, providing guidance on secure design, development, and deployment
Perform security assessments, code reviews, and threat modeling for applications, APIs, and services
Design and implement automation to integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines
Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in cloud-native, web, and mobile applications
Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure security requirements are met across the product ecosystem
Develop and deliver security training for developers and engineers to improve secure coding maturity
Partner with incident response teams to investigate and mitigate product-related security events
Contribute to the definition and evolution of secure development standards, policies, and best practices
Research emerging threats and technologies, recommending appropriate security solutions
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate/Equivalent and 10+ years of experience in a relevant field; OR
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
5+ years of experience in a relevant field
Deep knowledge of secure coding principles and security testing methodologies
Hands-on skills with tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, container security, and cloud security platforms
Preferred
Master's degree
5+ years of experience in security risk management, information security technologies, and/or hospital operations
CISSP, CISA, HCISPP, CHC, CHPC, CHSP, CISM or other relevant certifications in information security or privacy
