Sales Engineer (Industrial Automation & Robotics)
Brighture Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to expand their industrial automation business in the U.S. This hands-on role involves developing customer relationships, understanding production needs, and selling complex industrial systems directly to clients.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage customer relationships in manufacturing, logistics, and industrial environments
Visit customer sites to understand production processes and automation needs
Sell industrial automation equipment, packaging line systems, and AMR / AGV solutions
Work directly with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
Own deals from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and closing
Represent the company at customer meetings, demos, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B sales or field sales (industrial, automation, equipment, or technical products preferred)
Strong communication skills in English
Willingness to travel for customer visits and on-site meetings
Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving company
Preferred
Experience selling industrial automation equipment, machinery, or production line solutions
Background working with manufacturers, system integrators, or industrial customers
Familiarity with robotics or automation systems (training can be provided)
