Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and support distributed services using C#/.NET within a cloud-based environment
Design and deliver secure, scalable APIs and backend services capable of supporting high-volume workloads
Partner with product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to plan and implement new platform features
Maintain high standards for application performance, reliability, and user responsiveness
Diagnose system issues, performance constraints, and defects, implementing effective long-term solutions
Review code, provide technical feedback, and support the growth of less-experienced engineers
Utilize cloud-native services and managed platforms to deploy and operate applications at scale
Build and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines within a CI/CD framework
Monitor emerging technologies and industry best practices to inform architectural and tooling decisions
Perform comprehensive testing across application and data layers to ensure stability and performance
Establish and uphold engineering standards, development workflows, and database best practices
Produce and maintain clear technical documentation to support ongoing development and system knowledge
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of hands-on software development experience with deep expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing service-oriented and microservices-based architectures
Strong background working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native services in production environments
Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tooling
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and asynchronous application design
Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and languages, including Angular, React, and JavaScript, alongside strong SQL Server experience
Hands-on experience with containerized and serverless application deployments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
