Responsibilities

Create, Prioritize and Maintain designated product backlog
Write user stories that define the functionality and requirements
Participate in sprint planning and reviews
Make day to day tactical decisions regarding product features, priorities and trade-offs to advance the development team
Maintain product documentation
This individual will work closely and cross functionally with other groups and teams such as UX, Development, IT and marketing to completing assigned efforts
Communicate product progress, updates and changes to stakeholders
Understand and measure product performance
Understand the Voice of the Customer and champion the customer experience
Other PO related activities as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information systems required
3+ years of experience in Product Ownership required
3+ years of Salesforce/CRM knowledge in defining Servicing Products on the platform required
Oral and written communication skills required
Self-motivated and ability to prioritize and multi-task required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required

Preferred

Salesforce technical acumen in Service Cloud preferred
Experience with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud also preferred
