Responsibilities
Actively participate in the company’s annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term planning processes
Support the monthly close by analyzing sales, gross margin, and key variances versus forecast and prior periods
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand drivers of performance, including pricing, promotions, product mix, and channel dynamics
Develop and maintain KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
Continuously improve forecasting tools, processes, and reporting efficiency
Support LEAN cost savings initiatives by working with business partners to understand opportunities, model options and propose actions
Other ad hoc projects, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4–7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles within consumer products, retail, or beauty
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Vena, Power BI, Tableau, TABS, NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools preferred
Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly driven and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and collaborate across departments and levels
Preferred
Experience with Vena, Power BI, Tableau, TABS, NetSuite, SAP, or similar tools
